Central Valley Vice Chair Hon. Rachel Hernandez 

Rachel is a first generation Vietnamese and Mexican daughter. After attending Junior College, Rachel went on to earn her education from Stanislaus State University with a Masters in Public Administration and Bachelors in Political Science. Her commitment to advocating includes efforts to uplift Central Valley non-profits and neighborhoods, and other underserved communities. She serves as the Mayor for Riverbank, on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Stanislaus County, and organizes with other organizations in Stanislaus County.
